About The Position
Right at Home Kentuckiana is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants to support seniors and adults who want to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment for individuals who are dependable and caring.
Requirements
- 1 year caregiving experience (personal or professional preferred)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs independently
- Strong English communication skills
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide mobility and safety support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Provide transportation to appointments or errands
- Offer companionship and conversation
