About The Position

Perfect Fit Home Care is expanding its team and is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to provide non-medical in-home care throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for daytime, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts, we have a variety of schedules available. We make every effort to place caregivers with clients in or near their preferred service area. Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Professional communication and a caring attitude
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required-training is available for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Help with daily routines and encourage independence
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office
• Follow each client's individualized care plan
