We currently have part-time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who are ready to bring kindness, dignity, and support to those who need it most. As a caregiver, you'll provide essential one-on-one care that improves the daily lives of our clients. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a lasting impact.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Responsibilities

Companionship
Assistance with personal hygiene and mobility
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Transportation to appointments or outings
Medication reminders
Creating meaningful connections that foster emotional well-being

Benefits

Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
