About The Position
FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team. Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Sunday (flexible scheduling)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for serving others
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
