About The Position
Kennedy Care is seeking a compassionate and high-quality In-Home Caregiver, also known as a Life Care Professional, to join their team. This role involves providing respectful assistance with daily living activities to enable clients to remain independent in their homes. Kennedy Care has been a trusted provider of home care services since 2003, offering personalized care, nanny services, and ABA therapy. The company mission is to empower individuals passionate about making a difference while pursuing personal and professional growth. The Life Care Professional will assist clients with activities such as bathing, dressing, and transferring, provide a supportive environment, communicate client changes to the care team, and utilize electronic software for training and timekeeping.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25-mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families.
- Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
- Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software.
- Use electronic software for timekeeping.
