About The Position

New Hope is hiring full-time and part-time caregivers in the Murfreesboro area to provide reliable, compassionate, non-medical care in clients’ homes. Caregivers assist with everyday needs such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, transportation, and companionship. The role supports clients’ independence and helps them remain in their homes. Training and service monitoring are conducted continually to help ensure high-quality care. Duties may vary according to each client’s needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of caregiving experience; family experience is accepted.
• Pass a background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, compassion, and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Have a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Be able to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care and assistance to clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks.
• Help with meal planning and preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
