Care to Stay Home is actively hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support our growing client base in Spokane County. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enables clients to live safely and comfortably at home. Flexibility that fits your life. Choose daytime, evening, or weekend shifts that work with your schedule. (No short or fragmented shifts.) We prioritize long-term client matching to ensure consistency, stability, and meaningful relationships.

Requirements

• A caring, dependable person with reliable transportation who shows up and follows through
• Ability to lift up to 50-lbs and follow safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and respect for client dignity
• Detail-oriented—you notice the little things that make a big difference

• Experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors—but we will train the right heart

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
• Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion
• Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration
• Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition
• Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community
