About The Position

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the Ava, MO area. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills while making a difference one-on-one with clients. Requirements

• DSP, Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience
• Active MO CNA (for higher pay rate)
• Must be able to provide compassionate, reliable support

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
