About The Position

Executive Home Care is hiring part-time In-Home Caregivers and CNAs in Omaha, Nebraska. Positions offer 12–30 hours per week and meaningful one-on-one support for local seniors. We provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care for older adults living with dementia, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s. As a caregiver or CNA, you’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 19 years old
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform caregiving duties
• Comfortable following care plans and working as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassion, reliability, and a professional, caring attitude
• Fluent English and a smartphone for the WellSky timekeeping app

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification preferred
• CPR and First Aid are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and daily routine support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
• Offer medication reminders and assist with safe transfers
• Keep accurate care notes and report any concerns to the care team
