In-Home Behavior Therapist
About The Position
This position involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients. All Applicants are welcome - jump start your career in ABA Therapy with any background, no experience necessary! A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is a must! An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture. A deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver's license).
Requirements
- Paid training and RBT certification assistance provided, no experience necessary!

Responsibilities
- Travel to Client’s Homes

- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years old)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child

- Drive your personal vehicle to patient appointments.
