About The Position

This position involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients. The role is best for someone who loves autonomy and is self-motivated, taking ownership of their work. Enjoy the freedom of managing your caseload, trusting your skills to enhance children’s abilities and foster growth. The role involves applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential, shaping the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years old), collecting data, and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child. Collaboration with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values is also part of the role.

Requirements

A deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver's license).
A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is a must!

Responsibilities

Travel to Client’s Homes
