Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
- Comfortable working in a family's home
Nice To Haves
- Active RBT certification
- Experience with children with autism or developmental differences
- Familiarity with ABA strategies and data collection
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the comfort of their home, implementing programs built by a supervising BCBA.
- Run skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living.
- Collect session data and track real measurable progress.
- Partner with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life.
- Document sessions clearly and professionally.
