About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregivers / Aides to join our team to support a new client in Midland, NC. This position offers stable, consistent daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). We are looking for professional individuals who can provide a safe, nurturing environment and assist our client with daily routines to enhance their quality of life.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a Current TB Test
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- A reliable personal vehicle
- Current Auto Insurance
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Home Health Aide is preferred.
- Punctual, trustworthy, patient, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities of living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Cook and serve nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day according to the client's dietary needs.
- Ensure the client takes their prescribed medications accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment (including light cleaning, laundry, and dishes).
- Provide engaging conversation, emotional support, and mental stimulation.
