About The Position

This internal-only position is for current Poudre School District employees and is located at Webber Middle School. The position lasts for the remainder of the school year, on a 180-day work calendar, and is scheduled for 7 hours per day. Applicants must hold a valid Colorado Substitute Authorization or Colorado Educator License. Employees hired into this position do not qualify for section 12.1.4 of the Employee Agreement and will not receive both their regular classified wages and the licensed in-house substitute rate. The pay range is $21.41–$29.98 per hour, with placement from the minimum to 12% above the minimum based on qualifications and experience. Existing employees should refer to the appropriate salary schedule. Salary placement is determined by Human Resources based on a review of qualifications, rather than through salary negotiation. The compensation offered may vary based on experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related factors.
