Requirements

• Practical experience troubleshooting IMS (4G/5G/LTE) core networks.
• In-depth knowledge of VoLTE, especially within the Nokia SBC environment.
• Hands-on expertise in protocol analysis using Wireshark and similar tools.
• Proficiency with SIP, Diameter, H.248, TLS, IPSEC, RTP protocols.
• Strong Linux command line skills; scripting with Shell and Python.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with network virtualization platforms: Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, NCS.
• Exposure to end-to-end LTE/5G system validation and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced L2/L3 support for IMS VoLTE core network issues, focusing on Nokia SBC components.
• Troubleshoot complex telecom problems using established methodologies and protocol analysis tools.
• Handle emergency support cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Validate LTE/5G system performance, manage KPIs, and support end-to-end system validation.
• Utilize deep understanding of SIP, Diameter, H.248 protocols, and related security protocols to resolve technical challenges.
• Automate routine tasks with scripting (Shell, Python) in Linux environments.
• Work with Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, NCS to maintain and optimize network systems.
