If you're someone who loves talking to people, asking great questions, and getting others excited about what's possible-this role is built for you. You're not just answering questions-you're: Creating energy, Building relationships, Helping customers feel confident and excited, Being the reason someone says "yes, let's do this". This role is just the start. As you grow, you'll develop a more consultative approach and can move into roles like: Client Engagement Specialist, Growth Specialist, and other growth paths within the company.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Hastings, MN
• Comfort with 50+ daily conversations
• A genuine interest in helping people and solving problems

Responsibilities

• Talking to a lot of people (50+ conversations a day)
• Getting customers excited about their ideas, projects, and possibilities
• Helping businesses turn ideas into real, tangible products
• Gathering details (logos, branding, specs) to get projects started right
• Assisting with first-time orders and reorders
• Keeping customer info organized and up-to-date in our system
• Working closely with design, production, and shipping to keep things moving
• Learning our products so you can guide customers toward what works best
