About The Position

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to works nights/weekends
• Must be at least 23 years old - insurance requirement
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have been licensed to drive for at least 3 total years
• No suspension for any reason within the last 5 years (including child support)
• No more than 3 total moving violation s within the last 3 years, including seatbelt violations
• No more than 1 of any moving violation type within the last 3 years (example - 2 speeding tickets not acceptable)
• No more than 1 accident within the last three years
• No more than 4 non-moving violations within the last 3 years (example - parking tickets, registration, and INCLUDING improper equipment
• None of the following major violations within the last 5 years: driving without a license, careless or reckless driving. anything drug or alcohol related, driving out of class, speeding in school or work zone, speeds 20 mph+ over the speed limit, leaving scene of accident , failure to stop for school bus/emergency vehicle, racing/drag racing

Nice To Haves

• Law Enforcement background (officer, deputy, patrolman, sheriff, or Border Patrol officer)
• Military Veterans background in any Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)
• Additional consideration given to veterans with MOSs such as Air Force 2T1X1-Vehicle Operations, Air Force E32X1-Pavements and Construction Equipment, Army 88M-Motor Transport Operator, Army 12B-Combat Engineer, Marine 2141-Recovery Specialist, Marine 3531-Motor Vehicle Operator, Marine 3533-Heavy Equipment Operator, Marine 1833-Assault Amphibious Vehicle Crew Member, Navy EO-Equipment Operator.

Responsibilities

• Work 10pm to 6am Wednesday through Sunday and have Monday/Tuesday off
• Accept and process payment for vehicle releases
• Enforce parking regulations for our private property clients
• Safely transport vehicles and secure personal property
• Respond to calls from our law enforcement partners
• Maintain positive interactions with clients at all levels
• Utilize your leadership and technical skills to influence and enhance our operations

• Competitive Compensation: As this location grows, we expect a driver to be able to earn $65-90,000 annually. To start, it will be an hourly position, plus commission for each car impounded.
