The Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health is seeking a doctoral-level, Research Associate Implementation Support Specialist to support the development of core implementation resources for the dissemination of the Child Behavioral Health Training Program (CBH-TP) to distinct university contexts. This role will provide implementation facilitation/coaching, technical assistance, and applied implementation research and evaluation support to partner universities launching and sustaining the CBH-TP. Implementation Support Specialists will facilitate the co-design of tools, products, processes, service models, interventions, implementation strategies and policies related to development and launch of the CBH-TP at multiple universities. These tools and processes will guide program development, curriculum design, applied training experiences, supervision models, and program evaluation for the CBH-TP. The ideal candidate will bring advanced training and experience in evidence-based behavioral health practices, implementation science, and applied research translation. This position is critical to ensuring that the CBH-TP resources are grounded in rigorous research and tailored for practical use across diverse educational and clinical settings. This position requires up to 25% travel to the Institute and other CBH-TP locations.
