About The Position
Since 1986 Ivy Computer has helped trash hauling and waste management businesses streamline routing, billing and general business management through our proprietary software solutions. We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist who can serve as a trusted advisor during the critical onboarding phase. You’ll translate complex software into practical, real‑world workflows and make sure every customer starts strong.
Requirements

- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Stay patient, curious, and adaptable
- Enjoy solving problems
- Have a solid understanding of Windows, Office, browsers, and business software applications
- Have experience in training, instructional design, or customer enablement
- Work and play well with others
Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through setup and training via video conference and occasionally in person
- Learning the ins and outs of our products until you’re a true expert
- Understanding how waste hauling businesses operate and how our software can help streamline their operations
- Adapting your style to each learner’s technical proficiency and comfort level
- Creating and improving training materials, lesson plans, and best practice guides
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with Technical Support to resolve them
