About The Position

We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, training, and education of Smile Doctors Revenue Cycle Management processes and Cloud 9 software for newly affiliated doctors and team members. How you'll make us better: Extract and interpret reports from various practice management systems Develop, coordinate, and lead virtual trainings for implementation process Oversee initial mapping of legacy systems Manage and lead onsite training for software conversions Provide onsite support for software conversions Provide remote support for local teams during implementation process Analyze and support pre and post conversion data cleanup

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of clinic workflows and day-to-day operations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Five (5) years of experience in a clinical position in the orthodontic or dental industries required
  • Two (2) years of business systems training experience required
  • One (1) year of experience in a mentor or lead role required
  • Intermediate knowledge of principles and processes for providing systems training and education
  • Intermediate knowledge of health care accounts receivables (patient and insurance)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, entering data, and processing information
  • Intermediate knowledge of principles and processes for providing systems training and education
