Requirements

  • Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, work independently, and handle sensitive information discreetly within a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is expected.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management software or collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing PL Rater, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred.
