Requirements

Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is expected.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management software or collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, etc., is a plus.
Experience in implementing PL Rater, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred.
