Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history.
  • Must hold Nevada Life and Health Insurance
  • 5 years’ experience in administrative or similar position responsible for developing business communications or
  • 5 years’ experience in health insurance/managed care environment in business processes and operating models such as utilization management, case management, patient outflow and decision support.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for educating, coaching or mentoring clients & brokers
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management standards and industry best practices
  • Proven process orientation, efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Detailed oriented, ability to multitask multiple priorities and assignments and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities
