About The Position
Pathways is hiring an Implementation Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation efforts across healthcare facilities to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
- Conduct facility-based training sessions (virtual and in-person) for frontline providers and staff
- Facilitate and lead recurring virtual office hours to support end users
- Track and monitor training attendance and engagement metrics
- Assist in updating and refining training materials, job aids, and implementation documentation
- Address clinical questions and concerns from frontline providers in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor user feedback and communicate themes, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment with clinical documentation requirements, medical decision-making standards, and quality measures
- Present implementation updates and outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
- Apply implementation science frameworks to support sustainable adoption
