About The Position

The Implementation Specialist is the primary face of the client’s "Go-Live" experience. Tasked with transforming a newly signed contract into a fully operational, high-value partnership. You will serve as the technical and functional expert who guides clients through the complexities of onboarding, ensures the software is configured to solve their specific business challenges, and empowers them through expert training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operational roles
  • 3+ years of experience in the interpretation industry
  • B.A./B.S.
  • Familiarity with industry scheduling tools and on demand interpreting platforms
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to multitask
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of products or services.
  • Prepare welcome kit materials for new client onboarding.
  • Identifying the client’s specific business needs and coordinating the configuration of software and client set up to fit their existing workflows.
  • Coordinating the resolution of "Day 1" bugs and integration issues during client launch.
  • Provide training, demonstrations, and best practice recommendations to clients to optimize their use of products or services.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge resources, tutorials, and documentation to support client self-service and learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs and coordinate service delivery and customer service responses.
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed.
