As an Implementation Specialist at Foresight, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power successful client onboarding and long-term adoption of our platform. Sitting within the Customer Success organization, this role is primarily internally focused partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure that implementations are efficient, repeatable, and aligned with the needs of sophisticated private market investors. You will bring a strong foundation in fund accounting and financial systems (particularly within private equity and venture capital environments) to design and optimize onboarding workflows, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and operational readiness. This role requires a blend of technical fluency, accounting expertise, and process-oriented thinking, enabling you to translate complex financial requirements into scalable implementation frameworks. In a fast-growing startup environment, you will have the opportunity to shape how Foresight delivers value to its customers from day one, standardizing best practices, improving internal tooling, and driving continuous enhancements to the implementation lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the speed, quality, and consistency of customer onboarding, helping to establish a strong foundation for long-term customer success. This position reports to the Implementations Manager and can be based out of our offices in the San Francisco or the New York City metro area, operating on a hybrid schedule, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite. Fully remote candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Travel for this role is not expected at this time.
