About The Position

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be part of our Cribmaster team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to prepare all software and hardware to be used for customer site installation, including ensuring all configurations of machines are correct and all data has been imported and cleaned. You will act as the client’s technical advocate within the company, promoting thoughts and ideas that contribute toward a more efficient and productive implementation of CribMaster products. You will understand various deployment options of CribMaster products and ensure these are utilized to fulfill client workflows and needs. You will complete detailed checklists and follow detailed procedures, prepare training curriculum to match client needs, and provide product training for clients. Additionally, you will develop custom documentation to match clients’ processes, develop solutions, and educate clients in various stages of product implementation, and assist with preparing formal project plans for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years related work experience
  • Strong Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking Basics and ability to teach IT and Software techniques and features
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory management is a PLUS.
  • Fundamental understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server and Familiarity with Database Reporting software such as Crystal Reports.
  • Experience and knowledge of UHF Gen2 Passive RFID Technology is a PLUS
  • Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate data
