About The Position

The Training and Implementation department at Springbrook-Xpress Bill Pay is seeking an Implementation Specialist. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with and supporting the XBP implementation team for all municipal and utility customers. You will partner closely with our team to configure ERP/XBP systems, support integrations, provide training, and ensure successful go-lives. This position is remote within the United States and requires occasional travel, including travel to Utah at least once per quarter or as needed, and travel to customer training sites when required. Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a role that that is customer-facing (e.g., Professional Services, Customer Support, Sales, or Customer Success) working independently and managing integration projects
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Experience with Payment Solutions
  • Prior experience working with and keen understanding of municipal finance and billing software
  • Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and software and proficiency in using complex software, including SaaS-based solutions
  • Flexible and ability to think on your feet
  • Unrestricted ability to work in the United States (sponsorship will not be offered)

  • Prior experience working with ERP software

Responsibilities

  • Manage ERP configuration activities for XBP implementations, including new clients and migrations
  • Understanding of Springbrook Enterprise-Cirrus application
  • Configure modules within Publiq, Springbrook Express, Springbrook Enterprise and Cirrus
  • Submit and track LaunchDarkly requests, coordinate SFTP setup
  • Review and reconcile data between agency ERPs and Xpress Bill Pay
  • Communicate with agencies following contract execution and project intake
  • Support CivicPay, Publiq Migrations, including NACHA files, reporting, email lists, and account conversions
  • Provide post-go-live support help to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Partner with Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve agency issues
  • Some travel would be required for team collaboration if not living in Utah
