About The Position

This role is responsible for leading implementation activities of new engagements following the TAPFIN deployment methodology. The Implementation Project Manager will produce all required documentation, consult with workstream team members for appropriate technology and process recommendations, and monitor, communicate, and take corrective action on project progress. They will also provide performance and progress reports to client stakeholders and TAPFIN senior management. The role requires knowledge and understanding of the TAPFIN Quality Policy and QMS standards. Additionally, the Implementation Project Manager will establish and communicate schedule-related information, manage multiple project schedules, contracts, suppliers, and team members, and ensure effective collaboration with VMS providers. They will facilitate fact-finding sessions, provide training, act in a consultative role, and conduct regular project status meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in business or related field
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in staffing or IT project services sector as a Project Manager.
  • Experienced managing initiatives or projects, particularly those which require coordination of multiple resources across varying groups, functions, and/or organizations.
  • Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

  • PMI Certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assessing and tracking multiple projects concurrently including: project scope, project management plans, budgets, resources, risk mitigation, and issue management.
  • Tracking the quality of project management deliverables and project metrics.
  • Ensuring smooth transition to the Operations Program Manager/Director of newly implemented CWS, SPM, WT and/or ICM programs.
  • Assisting in the creation, design, and execution of continuous improvements related to TAPFIN deployment methodology and associated tools.
  • Ongoing evaluation of MSP program activities and providing recommendations to management on program enhancements and reporting.
  • Leading implementation activities of new engagements following the TAPFIN deployment methodology and producing required documentation.
  • Consulting with workstream team members for technology and process recommendations, including system implementation, configuration, design, training, and supplier engagement.
  • Monitoring, communicating, and taking corrective action on project progress, and providing performance/progress reports to client stakeholders and TAPFIN senior management.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and communicating schedule-related information to meet project objectives.
  • Establishing routine communication processes to ensure all project stakeholders have necessary information.
  • Managing and coordinating multiple project schedules, contracts, suppliers, tool providers, and team members.
  • Ensuring effective solution, integration, and scheduling collaboration with VMS provider.
  • Facilitating fact-finding sessions, conference calls, and other communications to lead projects to successful outcomes.
  • Providing appropriate training to clients, suppliers, tool providers, and other staff regarding TAPFIN’s deployment methodology, processes, procedures, and reporting.
  • Acting in a consultative role to Clients and Operations Teams on additional projects as assigned.
  • Conducting regular project status meetings with TAPFIN, tool provider, and client personnel and providing notes.
  • Facilitating client-facing and internal meetings correlated to projects.
  • Working with the sales team to define scope of what was sold.
  • Maintaining documents within the Quality Management System.
  • Scheduling meetings with SMEs for client project kickoffs and design sessions.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings for project teams and business partners.
