As an Implementation Manager at FourKites, you will be the strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise transformations for Global 1000 companies with intricate supply chains. This role requires a blend of deep functional consulting expertise and comprehensive project management skills to ensure the successful deployment of our software. You will act as a trusted advisor, converting complex logistics challenges into streamlined solutions. Your role involves building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring that enterprise implementations yield measurable business outcomes. Each implementation you manage will directly enhance supply chain visibility for major enterprises, contributing to improved operational efficiency and cost reductions across global logistics networks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proven ability to present to and influence C-suite executives and technical architects, adapting communication style to diverse organizational cultures.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for productive meetings, conflict resolution, and maintaining team alignment across global enterprise environments.
  • Analytical capability to break down complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities, with the ability to adapt successfully to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
  • A track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations with meticulous attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and vice versa, creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for success.
  • Proven success collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Strong SaaS implementation expertise.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, utilizing customer feedback to enhance both individual and program-level effectiveness.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for key implementation milestones (e.g., kickoffs, training, transitions) - approximately 20-25% travel expectation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, empathetic customer advocate, problem solver, and product expert to support customers in building their initial supply chain visibility workflows in FourKites.
  • Act as a consultant focused on onboarding our rapidly growing Global 1000 customer base, ensuring they start effectively and continue to gain maximum value from the platform.
  • Gain a deep understanding of both FourKites' capabilities and each customer's unique business challenges, including the operational issues being resolved through implementation, to serve as a product expert and strategic partner during the change process.
  • Execute implementations tailored to each customer's specific processes, requirements, and jointly established goals to ensure successful adoption, adapting approaches as needed to meet customer objectives.
  • Facilitate the implementation process and related activities, including stakeholder training, executive reviews, and regular progress meetings to ensure project success and platform adoption.
  • Oversee complex enterprise projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating internal teams (technical leads, carrier operations specialists) and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, manage scope changes while maintaining delivery timelines, and proactively identify potential challenges.
  • Serve as a key liaison to the product team, providing real-time customer feedback and contributing to the alignment of the product roadmap with customer visions and operational goals.
  • Partner with internal relationship stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success, to deliver a cohesive customer experience from pre-sales through transition and beyond.
  • Analyze the strengths and opportunities within our implementation approach, at both individual customer and program levels, to drive continuous enhancement of our service to enterprise clients.
  • Maintain alignment among executives, IT teams, operations managers, and end users throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring smooth handoffs and long-term success.
