About The Position

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to guide our customers in the security guard industry through the first 4-10 weeks of their journey towards unlocking the full potential of Belfry. In this role, you’ll blend strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to educate new customers in the best practices of utilizing the platform to optimize their operations. The ideal candidate will be highly dynamic, versatile and have worked as SaaS Software Implementation Manager in high growth, early-stage startup before.

Requirements

Previous experience in an implementation role, preferably in early-stage B2B SaaS software startups
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous customer & vendor projects with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
Excitement to work with and impact small business across the country
AI Forward - strong adoption of AI platforms. General comfort with prompting best-practices and adapting workflows to AI tools.
Strong sense of ownership and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a startup

Nice To Haves

Startup experience (Series A / Series B) is a strong plus
Data and analytical skills are a strong plus
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on creative solutions utilizing on-hand resources and internal support.

Responsibilities

Be the first customer advocate for new customers - helping them through the change management needed to successfully adopt new technology.
Own project management of implementations, including executing on internal processes, coordinating with relevant partners & aligning resources to successfully deliver a complete implementation.
Provide training sessions to your customers on how to operate within the Belfry platform.
Drive adoption and product engagement - monitor customer health, identify risks early and turn challenges into satisfaction wins.
Maintain calendar & inbox vigilance throughout the implementation period as to keep projects moving smoothly.
Work with various external partner organizations that provide embedded functionality in Belfry to complete setups as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert, drawing on Belfry's unique security industry capabilities to proactively advise customers on workflow improvements.
Exercise "Extreme Hospitality" in your approach to creating memorable moments of delight during implementation
