About The Position

Onsetto helps financial institutions become the easiest bank to switch to. Our platform simplifies how businesses move their operating accounts – accelerating deposit movement and transitioning critical workflows like payments, payroll, and treasury services. We work directly with banks and credit unions to get them live quickly and set them up for long-term success. We’re hiring someone to own implementation end-to-end. This is not a traditional project management role. You are not here to track tasks – you are here to drive outcomes and ensure things get done. You will be responsible for moving customers from signed agreement to go-live quickly and efficiently. That means driving internal teams, guiding customers, following up consistently, and ensuring nothing stalls. You’ll create structure where needed, solve problems as they arise, and take full ownership of each implementation from start to finish. If you naturally take initiative, stay on top of details, and push things forward without being asked, you’ll do very well in this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading implementations or onboarding projects end-to-end, with clear evidence of personally driving projects from kickoff to go-live (not just supporting)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, concise communicator (especially over email)
  • High ownership mindset – you follow through and close loops
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations without losing clarity
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process as you go
  • Deep comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation workflows, copilots) to increase speed and quality of execution – with clear examples of how you’ve used AI to amplify your impact

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, banking, or SaaS implementations
  • Exposure to onboarding or implementation workflows
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, CRM systems, or support platforms
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP) can be a positive signal – but are not a substitute for ownership and execution. We prioritize people who get things done over credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Lead every customer from kickoff through production launch
  • Own the implementation timeline and ensure projects stay on track
  • Identify risks early and proactively resolve them
  • Push projects forward by driving action across internal teams and customers
  • Own every open item until it is resolved – no dropped balls
  • Maintain clear visibility into status, blockers, and next steps
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding
  • Set expectations, communicate clearly, and maintain momentum
  • Ensure customers feel confident and supported throughout the process
  • Collect and organize all required inputs (marketing, technical, operational)
  • Guide customers through configuration, training, and validation
  • Ensure readiness before go-live
  • Lead onboarding sessions and guided workflow trainings
  • Help customers understand not just how the platform works – but how to use it effectively
  • Create structure where it doesn’t exist
  • Improve implementation workflows, templates, and playbooks
  • Help us scale onboarding without sacrificing quality or speed
