About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead full-cycle implementation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will proactively identify risks, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, documenting progress and decisions for continuity and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Hands-on experience with EHR implementations, integrations, or healthcare workflow optimization.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and client success or support tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you translate technical into practical.
  • A collaborative mindset and a bias toward action; you don’t wait for direction to move projects forward.
