About The Position

As an Implementation Manager (SaaS Lab), you'll drive high-impact launches that turn complex lab workflows into confident, measurable outcomes. This is performance-driven work: you'll own multiple go-lives, steer stakeholders through decisions, and keep momentum when timelines get tight. Implementation Managers work directly with laboratory leaders, administrators, executive sponsors, and other stakeholders to understand their goals, translate operational needs into an effective system setup, and guide their teams through the activities and decisions required for a successful launch.

Requirements

• 2+ years in implementation/project management/customer success/consulting/lab operations with complex client ownership
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving; confident client leadership
• Independent, adaptable, and comfortable in evolving processes
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems, tools and workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through handoff
• Run discovery, configuration planning, and workflow alignment sessions
• Track scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies; keep projects on pace
• Translate technical concepts for mixed-technical audiences
• Produce clear documentation and ensure a clean transition to Client Success
