About The Position

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between our technology and our customers’ success. You’ll manage onboarding, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure seamless adoption of the Niche platform for new and existing clients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, software, and systems thinking. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver integrations (e.g., CRMs like Salesforce and GoHighLevel), optimize performance, and communicate technical updates to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical implementation, SaaS onboarding, or customer support
• Understand APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
• Are a confident communicator, comfortable explaining technical details to non-technical users
• Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments with autonomy and ownership
• Are comfortable troubleshooting in live environments
• Value clear communication, transparency, and “figure-it-out” energy

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the home services or digital agency sector
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Inngest, n8n, etc.)
• Experience with SQL or basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new agency and SMB clients
• Configure and support CRM and platform integrations
• Troubleshoot live client environments (API connections, webhook issues, AI phone workflows etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues quickly and accurately
• Develop documentation and repeatable implementation workflows
• Conduct training sessions to ensure clients understand and use Niche effectively
• Partner with the Customer Success team to identify opportunities for product improvement
