About The Position
We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our team and support our U.S. accounts. This role involves configuring CRM integrations, implementing call-recording ingestion, supporting product configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading the implementation process to reduce onboarding time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience
Responsibilities
- Configure CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Implement call-recording ingestion (Gong, Clari, Teams)
- Support product configuration for U.S. accounts
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Lead implementation process alongside CS
- Reduce onboarding time to < 5 days
