About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Lead for an active RFP opportunity: City of Conroe RFP 0702-2026 - Self-Service Customer Portal. This role involves supporting a cloud-based self-service customer portal for utility account management, leak detection, analytics, messaging, support, and mobile access. The core responsibilities include coordinating the rollout, training, support documentation, customer support workflows, issue tracking, and go-live readiness with the City. The role also requires reviewing the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements, and coordinating with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response. Preparation of documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role is also expected, along with clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and support for quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
  • Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

  • Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
