About The Position

Join Trimble as an Implementation Consultant to empower MEP and construction clients by driving their digital transformation and maximizing their software value. In this consultative role, you will guide customers through onboarding, custom workflow strategies, and technical setup to ensure long-term business success. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for construction and MEP professionals, directly driving their digital adoption and transforming how they estimate and execute projects using industry-leading software solutions.

Requirements

Background in construction, MEP trades, engineering, or relevant estimating software workflows.
Proven experience in client-facing roles such as software implementation, technical onboarding, or professional consulting.
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-faceted implementations simultaneously.
Clear, customer-focused written and verbal communication skills combined with strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience utilizing Salesforce, modern productivity tools, and AI-enabled software efficiency platforms.
Track record of identifying and documenting software enhancement requests to influence product strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead high-touch customer onboarding journeys from initial discovery call to final software rollout, aligning implementation plans with client-specific business goals.
Guide software installation, configuration, and data integration while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve technical escalations.
Utilize cutting-edge AI-assisted tools to optimize troubleshooting, streamline project tracking, and enhance client documentation efficiency.
Deliver best-practice consulting and process optimization to maximize customer success and software adoption across North America.
