Requirements

Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.
Strong background in civil construction, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.
Tech-savvy professional comfortable using CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.
Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with Trimble B2W platform.
Educational background in Construction Management or a related technical field.
Experience documenting software enhancements and navigating product development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate the entire implementation journey, serving as the strategic partner for clients from initial kickoff to successful software adoption.
Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble’s powerful estimating tools with specific client business objectives.
Mastermind technical software setups and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between B2W platforms and third-party applications.
Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.
