As a Implementation Analyst Sr within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based remotely. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact during custom software implementations, bridging the gap between customers, integrators, processors, and development resources. Rather than developing software or managing project schedules, this position focuses on solution implementation, technical consulting, troubleshooting, configuration management, and guiding clients through complex integrations. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

Technically curious, self-driven problem solver who enjoys understanding how software works and partnering with customers to deliver successful solutions.
Comfortable researching transactions, analyzing software logs, reviewing XML/JSON data, working with APIs and integrations, and diagnosing issues across software, devices, and payment processing environments.
Comfortable working within Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum environments, ticketing systems, and established software implementation processes.
Combine technical aptitude with excellent communication skills, demonstrate ownership and initiative, thrive in customer-facing environments, and are motivated by solving problems, continuously learning, and building practical solutions.
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
University / college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).

Nice To Haves

Experience with Kibana or similar logging platforms, SFTP processes, networking, recurring job scheduling, payment devices (Ingenico, PAX, CX30), and payment processing ecosystems is highly valued.
Working knowledge of payment processors and industry partners such as Fiserv, TeleCheck, Synchrony, UTA, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and banking institutions including Wells Fargo, Chase, PNC, and KeyBank will help candidates succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

Implements complex new products and services for clients. This includes analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to complete the implementation, ongoing relationship management and maintaining client-specific operating procedures.
Provides sales or consultative support to prospects or clients in select deals.
Utilizes data provided from sales and/or sales support personnel to establish or update client-specific information for assigned product.
Coordinates and produces data for pre-implementation validation.
May coordinate implementation work done by other staff.
Analyzes, assesses and documents client requirements while adhering to established processes and procedures.
Advises staff on implementation operating procedures.
May develop and maintain training materials and on-line demonstrations for product implementations.
May provide end user customer training.
Serves as an escalation point and independently resolves challenges regarding implementation issues raised by staff or client.
Identifies/develops necessary solutions.
Ensures positive ongoing client experiences.
Manages multiple complex implementations simultaneously; reports progress relative to service level performance.
Facilitates/coordinates internal and external stakeholder meetings for implementation projects.
