About The Position

We're looking for an experienced immigration paralegal who knows the work inside and out. You'll handle cases from start to finish: family-based petitions, employment visas, and removal defense. You'll report directly to the attorney, work alongside a supportive team, and actually be trusted to own your work.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of immigration paralegal experience required—family-based, employment-based, and removal defense
• Deep familiarity with USCIS forms, filing procedures, and immigration court processes
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without things slipping through the cracks
• Experience with case management software (INSZoom, Docketwise, LawLogix, or similar)

Nice To Haves

• Spanish or Hindi fluency a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from intake through completion
• Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents
• Draft correspondence with USCIS, NVC, consulates, and immigration courts
• Communicate with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and answer questions
• Track deadlines, hearings, and case milestones
• Prepare court filings and hearing packets for removal defense matters
• Coordinate with attorneys to develop a case strategy and flag issues early
