We're looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support a diverse caseload of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. This role is ideal for a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage cases independently and handle sensitive matters with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong experience handling: VAWA petitions, Asylum cases, Removal defense, EOIR matters, Adjustment of Status (AOS) and Marriage-based visas
• Excellent case management and document preparation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive with the ability to anticipate case needs
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional and empathetic when handling sensitive immigration matters

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of immigration matters with minimal supervision
• Prepare and file applications, petitions, and supporting documentation
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and client communications
• Maintain organized and accurate case files
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with USCIS and EOIR
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
• Gather and review supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
