The Immigration Paralegal will provide high-level support to the firm’s immigration practice, assisting with all aspects of employment-based matters and occasional family-based matters. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Under the supervision of immigration counsel, the paralegal will prepare and file petitions and applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of State (DOS), track case progress, and maintain communication with clients and sponsored employees, utilizing case and document management systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and firm staff.
