We’re seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team on-site in Edison, NJ. Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on immigration law experience(family-based and employment-based cases preferred)
- Experience with employment-based visas: O-1, H-1B, PERM, EB-1, NIW, etc.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Client-focused mindset with a compassionate approach
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with legal case management systems and software
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare, review, and assemble immigration petitions and applications
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
- Liaise with government agencies (USCIS, DOL, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Provide general administrative and case support as needed
