About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote on-demand support for legal projects. Due to increased demand, we are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California-based Immigration Attorney for in-person appearances in the Adelanto, California area for various immigration proceedings, primarily Master Calendar Hearings. A weekly Hearing Calendar will be shared, allowing the attorney to select hearings that fit their schedule.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in California.
- Must be able to attend in-person hearings in the Adelanto, California area.
- Understand the local rules and court system.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law.
Responsibilities
- Attend in-person hearings in the Adelanto, California area for immigration proceedings, primarily Master Calendar Hearings.
- Select hearings from a weekly Hearing Calendar that align with personal schedule.
