About The Position

The Law Offices of Robert M. Bell, P.A. is a Hollywood, Florida firm handling family-based, humanitarian, and removal defense immigration matters for clients across South Florida. The firm has built its reputation on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service, and it takes the hard cases and sees them through. This is a long-term platform role, not a stepping stone. You inherit a live docket, you are the attorney of record from day one, and you have room to build a client base of your own with the firm's name and support behind you. About the Role You will own removal defense matters end to end. Expect a full docket across the detained and non-detained calendars: master calendar hearings, individual hearings, and bond hearings, plus the motion practice and relief filings that go with them. You will also handle USCIS interviews and consultations with prospective clients. From day one you are the attorney of record on your cases, with senior counsel and a support team available, not a second chair waiting for work. Business development is welcome, not required. Any client you originate carries a 20% origination credit paid on top of your base, and because consultations with prospective clients are already part of the role, the pipeline to build from is there on day one.
