The Teaching and Learning Center supports the college's commitment to providing our diverse community with the opportunity to gain a quality higher education by providing interactive professional development opportunities for all faculty and staff. The TLC encourages innovation and supports faculty in the use of research-based andragogical best practices for the learner-focused classroom. The Immersive Learning Lab Manager reports directly to the Dean of Faculty and Curricular Development and is critical in the work of the Teaching Learning Center. The Immersive Learning Lab Manager has an essential role in demonstrating Immersive learning experiences while providing operational excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional service. They should have a background in leading teams and the capability of learning and managing the technological aspects of VR. The Immersive Learning Lab Manager will receive guidance from Dreamscape Learn's Training & Support team in a "Train the Trainer" format. Here they will learn the essential components of managing and operating a Dreamscape Learn Pod before its deployment. Occasional evening and weekend support may be required.
