About The Position

Shared Imaging is a privately held organization committed to growth and providing the best technology to support its clients, priding itself on a "White Glove" service model for the best patient experience. They are currently seeking to hire a Per Diem (as needed) Imaging Technologist Aide for coverage at their Dublin, GA site, specifically at the Dublin VA Medical Center / Carl Vinson VA Medical Center.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
CPR/BLS Certification (via American Heart Association) required
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Hard working, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding patient care
Team player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Certified Medical Assistant preferred
Medical terminology, anatomy and physiology understanding preferred
Patient care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Greeting and directing patients
Confirming and registering patients
Verifying all necessary information is available for the test
Ability to walk to and from hospital and trailer as needed
Assist patients in and out of the trailer
Ability to push wheelchairs, gurneys and stretchers
Assist technologist with positioning patient and assisting them on and off the scanning table
Assist in setting up MRI scanning areas
Stocking and maintaining patient dressing rooms, scan areas and control areas
Ordering supplies
Other responsibilities as directed
