Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Up to 2 years of data entry or administrative experience
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a large team
- Open and identify incoming documents
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Scan documents using commercial scanners
- File scanned documents through indexing systems
- Route scanned documents to employees electronically
- Follow production and accuracy standards
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
