About The Position
The Imaging Technician performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role operates imaging equipment (such as X-ray, CT), ensures patient safety and comfort, and produces high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards. The Imaging Tech collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to support patient care, maintains imaging equipment and supplies, and adheres to all radiation safety and infection control guidelines. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Registered with American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
- Certified by the State of Texas – TMB
- American Heart Association BLS
