Requirements

High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

Transport all patients in a safe, timely manner to Imaging as requested by the Imaging Staff.
Keep all Imaging wheelchairs and stretchers clean and in good repair at all times. Report needed repairs to the Chief Tech and/or Director. Keep all transporting accessories in a clean and disinfected state and in good repair.
Fills out appropriate transport logs on units for proper transporting times.
Is available to assist with film filing duties as time permits.
Helps with moving patients from and to stretchers and exam tables as required.
Maintains proper chemical levels in the processor tanks on a daily basis to insure air is not introduced into the lines.
Is available to run errands in the hospital when necessary to complete mission and assist other Imaging staff.
